Derrick joined the real estate industry in 2016, focusing on providing consultancy services to business personnels from SME & MNCs on leasing or acquiring suitable spaces for their operations. As a property professional with strong expertise in sales & negotiation, Derrick has successfully transacted over 260 industrial properties within just a short span of 5 years.

Prior to being a specialist in commercial & industrial units, Derrick held leadership positions when he was still in the semiconductors industry. Having possessed great interpersonal skills to manage relationships, it has propelled him to gain much success in leading teams across functions and handling strategic partnerships.

Not only is Derrick competent in his specialisation, his background in business also allowed him to understand his client’s needs and hold their interest at heart to serve them to his best.
